• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning or opening a return case and post the item back within 14 days of delivery. • The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. • To avoid any inconvenience please read the entire listing, Size Measurements and Dispatch time to gain a thorough understanding of the listing before buying. • In every case, Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. After the return is received, a refund will be made subject to the deduction of admin cost i.e GBP £30.00+Postage. • Please send your size measurement carefully and prudently as the items which are personalised and custom made will neither be returned nor exchanged in any case.

Shipping cost will be extra for countries like Brazil, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and South American, African and some European countries.
